HHS and the CDC developed the following checklist, which should be used in conjunction with guidance on healthcare preparedness planning in Supplement 3 of the HHS Pandemic Influenza Plan, found at www.hhs.gov/pandemicflu/plan/index.html#part2. It is designed to assist medical offices and clinics identify strengths and weaknesses of current planning efforts.
