Medical Offices and Clinics Pandemics Influenza Planning Checklist |

HHS and the CDC
developed the following checklist, which should be used in
conjunction with guidance on healthcare preparedness planning in
Supplement 3 of the HHS Pandemic Influenza Plan, found at
www.hhs.gov/pandemicflu/plan/index.html#part2.
It is designed to assist medical offices and clinics identify
strengths and weaknesses of current planning efforts. The checklist
emphasizes that medical offices and clinics must actively seek
information that is available locally or at the state level to ensure
